Custom tab divider, 90# white paper stock, two mylar covers holes at the top, 1/7th tab cut along bottom, black ink printing on both sides of tab, one tab title in Position #1 only: AUTHORIZATION (red). Exact repeat as previously manufactured. Subject to normal terms and conditions. Lead time is 4 weeks.
