Is there a minimum dollar amount when placing an order?
We recognize at times the need for small volume ordering; therefore, ZPC requires no minimum dollar amount when placing an order. To pay by check, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-344-3453. Please have your facility name and customer number available. Our Customer Service Department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM EST. You may place your order either via purchase order or through our webstore.How do I become a registered user?

- Our customer care representatives will work with you through our web store at www.zackproducts.com to submit any artwork for your design, depending on your custom product.
- Upon submission of your order, we will create a proof and in some cases, a pre-construction sample for your approval prior to manufacture.
- Upon receipt of your approved proof/sample, we will proceed with processing and manufacturing your order.

How do I submit my artwork/design?
Please submit any artwork files (logos, etc) and/or a sketch or mock-up of what you’d like your custom product to look like via email to customerservice@zackproducts.com.What are the terms and conditions?

To calculate your shipping cost, choose your shipping method while you are checking out. Each shipping method gives you a specified cost with each that will be added to your total.How long will it take to get my order?
Orders for stock items will ship within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. For your convenience, stock items are shipped separately from custom made to order items. Custom items have their lead times noted in our web store.What do I do if I need a RUSH Delivery?
When you need even faster service you may select an expedited delivery service via UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air in our web store with your order placement.Can Zack store or warehouse my order?
We offer top quality storage, handling, and warehousing services. We can ease your inventory burden by storing your products in our facility and making shipments based on your needs.
